By creating an AZDine account or using the QR / KDS products you agree to these terms. Plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are described on the pricing page and in your order form.
We provide a hospitality operating system on a subscription basis. Uptime target is 99.98%. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-product. You are responsible for staff access, menu accuracy and lawful use of guest data.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. AZDine does not take a commission on diner payments processed through supported rails. Payment processor fees charged by those rails are not AZDine fees.
Do not probe, scrape or overload the API, share logins outside your restaurant group, or use AZDine to process unlawful transactions.
The OS is provided as available. Our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to subscription fees paid in that period, except where law does not allow a limit.
