AZDine CRM Technologies Inc. (“AZDine”, “we”) provides the AZDine Hospitality OS. This policy explains how we handle restaurant, staff and guest data when you use www.azdine.azdeploy.com, the QR menu, KDS and related services.
Account data (name, work email, restaurant details), operational data (orders, tickets, 86 logs, settlements), payment references processed by PCI-DSS partners, and technical logs (IP, device, request id) to keep the OS reliable.
To run QR ordering, kitchen display, analytics and support; to invoice your subscription; to improve uptime and security. We do not sell diner lists to aggregators or advertisers.
We share data with payment processors, hosting providers and only when required by law. Staff access is role-based (captain, chef, admin).
Restaurant data is kept while the account is active and as required for GST records. Contact privacy@azdine.azdeploy.com to access, export or delete personal data we hold.
